Calming Yoga Night with Kate Lifferth

Meet Kate
Kate Lifferth is one of our amazing members who will be leading our yoga session.
She’s a mental health counselor and a certified yoga instructor who brings a thoughtful, trauma informed approach to her yoga sessions. Her focus is on helping people feel more at ease in their bodies through slow, steady movement and mindfulness.
What to Expect
• A salad bar with grilled chicken, chickpeas, greens, veggies, and toppings
• 30 minutes of a gentle, beginner friendly yoga led by Kate
• Soft lighting, calming music, and essential oils diffused throughout the space
• Lemon and cucumber water and a hot tea bar after yoga
• A take home bag of bath salts for a relaxing soak
What to Bring
• A yoga mat if you have one. Extras will be provided.
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
